In addition, Axis Case Management's affiliate, Aging Answers’
provides care management to seniors and their families.
Our mission is to empower persons with special health care needs to make informed decisions, manage their condition, and identify and maximize support resources, while planning for immediate and long-term care needs.

Laurel Felsenfeld, company founder and president,
is a registered nurse and has been involved in
care management since 1990.

Laurel has experience in managing health care
in hospital and home settings. She is certified in
rehabilitation nursing and case management.
